THE COMPANY 

LogisticXpress, a mid-sized freight company, that faced a critical challenge of poor brand recognition despite their expertise of 15 years.

So, we decided to give them a makeover! We focused on making their website easy to use and launched creative campaigns mainly on Google to highlight their unique selling points, and improving brand awareness with blog posts so that their impact would last and focus on relationship over sales

OUR APPROACH

  • The discovery call is crucial for us to understand if and how can we help the company

  • Website Upgrade: We created a new, user-friendly, and visually appealing website, making it a valuable resource for potential clients. The website was designed to reflect professionalism and efficiency, with sales funnels to convert visitors in clients.

  • Creative Campaigns (paid ads): we launched 2 types of creative campaigns on Facebook and Google. One to highlight their expertise and build brand awareness and the second one to sell the actual services and generate leads. While monitoring the KPIs of the campaigns we launched a retargeting campaign on the websites visitors that didn’t request an enquiry.

    These campaigns featured bold visuals and compelling narratives, resonating with their target audience and highlighting their unique selling points. 

  • Create a Blog page on their website where we delivered high quality articles answering industry questions, market news and shared company victories and values
